Omo if you dey house hunt,just make sure you find out everything possible about any house you’re interested in because wahala day come in different forms . House way I pack enter last two months,I was informed then that the light bill is 2k per month(postpaid)and I paid for a year straight so as to avoid any issues with the bill ,na so nepa carry ladder come yesterday say the compound day owe outstanding bill of 332k on two accounts . That the new lady is aware and isn’t responding or doing anything about it ,that they’ll have to cut off the light or we pay 50% of the money right there. I was the only person around and me I no fit start Watin I no fit finish,they had to cut off the light. We reached out to the landlady(who stays in Minnesota) as a compound later that evening and this woman legit told us that it’s not her business ,broo we wan get gbain ! Now we’re stuck with either coming up with half of the money or we stay without nepa electricity. Bro everything about this country day weak me😭.
