@bahnloopi I’m so confused on why you got backlash, your kale is BEAUTIFUL. Like I draw kale with dark skin and no one came for me I’m so bewildered at why people pick and choose

@tammerodd Unfortunately, my kin is always singled out to be selected for a chopping block. You're actually the first person to notice that I give Gine a pinker tone too. It's intentional. But it just brings me back to just keep doing what I'm doing because I enjoy it.

@bahnloopi Holy crap I didn't even remotely consider that an issue. It aint even like you've ever made her a full cocoa brown, you just took a tan that was already there and made it deeper and richer. I don't see these same people complaining when you give Gine pink-ish skin.

@tammerodd It's a debate on another post of mine on me drawing Kale with darker skin considered blackwashing but at this point I'm past caring and just draw what I want regardless.
