I truly despise air conditioning. Like of course im grateful it exists but my god why must it blow directly on me

unfortunately I have found that growth is a messy thing that is difficult to quantify. Many people on the outside may not even notice. And most of all, perhaps it’s not about becoming some perfect, ideal version of oneself but rather integration and acceptance
