I haven’t heard my brother’s voice in far too long, but today one of his friends was rereading their messages on Facebook. She came across a voice message that said “I miss you too.” I’ve listened to it 20 times.

There are two different kinds of dogs in the world (I’ll let you guess which is mine)

My dog spent the first year and 6 months of her life at a baseball complex and her favorite toy in the world is now a baseball

Posting this for a couple reasons. -Typically any in-patient rehab facilities are expensive -There’s a huge lack of understanding when it comes to addiction -If you find yourself at the Hyvee on Sunshine, maybe you’ll be more likely to donate. They accept cash and card.

These guys were outside of the new Hyvee today accepting donations. It’s a 12 month residential facility helping anyone 18+ to overcome addiction, alcoholism & mental health struggles. Donations allow them to make their services free.
