This girl 👇🏼 I am so fucking proud of, I don't usually pat myself on the back but today I'm going to because my Daddy would want me to. I'm proud of her because she was abused as a little girl, abandoned, lost both her parents young, she was homeless, she went to jail, she was used as a punch bag, sexually assaulted, she took drugs just to numb herself, she cried herself to sleep every night because she just wanted to die because her body & soul was being violated in every way possible. She didn't even know who she was anymore. Then she stood up. She remembered everything her Daddy had taught her. She was a fighter, she got herself out and the help she desperately needed. Slowly but surely, day by day she remembered who she was, the sparkle returned to her eyes, the walls she built up around herself started to crumble and the song returned to her heart as she took those demons down like a WWF champion. I've been following my diet successfully for 2 whole days!! I even passed on chips last night... Not even one! I had salad instead. I'll repeat - SALAD INSTEAD OF CHIPS!! I know! Only thing I'm not supposed to have is milk in my coffee, but.. I can't cut milk! Even for a week!
