@Ryu666_VP You were right tho! Their eye colours are basically the same in concept renders. Maelle's look more "blue" bc of her skin tone. Light grey eyes can look dramatically different bc they reflect ambient light and bc of a phenomenon called "simultaneous contrast" that tricks the eye

I always thought Verso and Maelle had the same eye color, but looking at them side by side, I love how different their eyes actually are. Verso’s are a deep gray with a sense of unwavering strength, while Maelle’s are a softer, bluish gray that gives her a cute, gentle look. They share the same color family, yet each one reflects their personality so perfectly. I love it so much.

@balderdashbash all the blame for what happened. I know for a fact that Verso himself wouldn't want that. I'd prob tell her that she's also a victim in the scenario though instead of just brushing it off and telling her it'll get better.

Sometimes, I wonder if Renoir actually thinks Alicia caused Verso's death which is why he never reassures her that it's not her fault, only that "It will get better". It would also explain why pRenoir tells pAlicia "It's her fault and she doesn't even know it".

@marshzelo That's not to say that Renoir has or hasn't forgiven her, either way forgiveness doesn't absolve accountability. Personally, I think Renoir has forgiven her, but cannot lie to her by telling her its not her fault in some way. It's very painful and difficult to navigate...

@marshzelo I think its meant to echo the same kind of blame some players have for Verso about Gustave's death. Verso didn't kill Gustave, but many won't forgive him for it. Alicia didn't start the fire but her not listening to her parents's warnings paved the road (as far as we know).
