@surface How do I get a studio laptop power supply replacement when my laptop is still under warranty? I've tried twice & received the wrong power supply each time.

@AutoAdvanced As I grabbed the new car battery, Brandon asked, "Do you want me to carry that?" I quickly said no. Why? Because it was a matter of principle. He didn't want to get the battery though it's part of the service, so why ask if he could carry it for me now? Pt 8

@AutoAdvanced When provided, he saw my father's name listed. I requested that he change the contact name and he said he didn't know how. I wanted to ask, "What do you mean you don't know how?" Instead, I just provided my contact information instead. Pt 6

@AutoAdvanced Did he offer to take the battery from me? Nope. He told me to put it on the counter, which I did. My mom paid for the new car battery. He placed the new one on the counter. Brandon informed my mom about the warranty and asked for her phone number. Pt 5
