最夸张的是面了一个名校，从头到尾只问了两个和技术有关的问题，其它全是非技术问题。猎头跟我讲解之后我才发现缘分的重要。回来好好想了想怎么回答（编）这些非技术问题，之后又面了两场。效果马上就出来了，遗憾的是猎头推荐的职位下的晚，而且是半年合约，我先拿到了另外一家，但仍然打给他感谢。

明天最后一天在这个工厂上班，下周开始去city的新公司，虽然只在这儿上了四周班（前两周交接，最后一周也是交接，😳）但还是挺快乐的，是我上班以来妹子最多的一次，帮她们处理完问题还会请我吃零食。走之前还介绍了我女儿同学的爸爸来接替（他一直没找到工作，快两年了），勉强算双赢吧。

@GalaCF I am not surprised for the ad, many people won’t realise their unconscious bias. Yet I was shocked by the response they gave when people pointed out the bias, it’s year 2019! !

@ArcGISXprise I tried to use it in ArcGIS Online and got an error” Parse Error: featuresetbyname is not available”, then I tried it in ArcGIS enterprise, got another error “ Exexution Error: Runtime Error: function Not Found: FeatureSetByName”, any suggestions? Thanks

@SarahMoran Oh welcome to Shenzhen! The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan is good, central location, 2 minutes to subway station and big shopping mall, 3 minutes to Huaqiao City, you can have a decent walk/run there, also good restaurants, pubs and small art galleries:)
