@bamberee
Do I look like a cat to you boy? Am I jumpin' around all nimbly bimbly from tree to tree? Am I drinking milk from a saucer? DO YOU SEE ME EATING MICE?

@cathroxx Yeah its sad how things have changed.. I guess good in a way that women aren’t as “stuck” as previous generations or people aren’t staying together for the kids.. recognising it’s better for kids to have two healthy homes. About 10 years’ marriage for some of them.

@JaneMAngel I’m not at all surprised his health suffered, it is a huge responsibility and a lot of work, even with help. I’m sure your mum appreciated him.
English

@bamberee I know they can be awful places. Dad did a great job, though in the end his health suffered too. We all helped and carers came in a bit too but he was doing the heavy lifting, literally
English

@JaneMAngel Yeah it’s awful. My Nanna couldn’t walk, had no use of one side of her body and couldn’t speak at all. Your Dad is wonderful, it’s great that she as able to stay at home and be cared for by him. Memories of visiting my Nanna in a nursing home still disturb me.
English

@bamberee Hopefully 🤞 I don’t want to end up like her poor thing. Couldn’t walk and her speech was badly affected. My poor Dad cared for her at home for 13 years before we lost her
English

@JaneMAngel She was young 😔 think it’s in my family too, so I really need to get my health sorted. Great that you’re being proactive and looking after yourself.
English

@bamberee I had high BP. Had preeclampsia with my first but was able to manage it until after menopause. My Mum had a massive stroke at the age I am now, so I’m very conscientious about exercise, weight diet etc
English

@JaneMAngel Ahh ok, so probably wouldn’t be helpful to me with normal BP. I have actually tried a BP medication to help with migraines but it just made me lightheaded.. probably dropping my BP too low, or I didn’t stick the adjustment period out long enough.
English

Abysmal footy tipping by me this round.. 2/9 .. don’t think I’ve ever gotten that low. But… we won we won we won.. 💙💛 #WestCoastEagles

@JaneMAngel Did you have high BP or did they put you on them for your HR?
I have always had normal BP 🤷🏻♀️
English

@bamberee I used to as well but now I’m on BP meds and it’s low😉
English

@JaneMAngel Definitely the footy.. but I also do have a fairly high resting HR (very unfit)
English

@cathroxx It is great that both teams had home games and wins. Should be happy people in the workplaces all over Perth tomorrow.
English

@bamberee Oh yes eldest daughter and I have been Dockers members for about 23 years , youngest was a Docker but then she met her fiancé and he and his mates were all Eagles supporters so she switched - they were very excited today the whole family had a good weekend footy wise 😆
English

I feel like crying. This is more than a regular game. So proud of my boys. So excited by the new group of kids we have. We needed this, so bad 💙💛 #AFLEaglesNorth

Bloody hell.. Milan & Duursma & CDT..
we’re onto something finally #AFLEaglesNorth

@NicoleAmy88 I thought he was running past him to Yeo.. normally he does get in guys’ faces unprovoked but I didn’t think it was the case that time. I also didn’t hear the dog shot comment.. someone in my house was talking over that interview 😔
English

@bamberee The way he said he was “just going to celebrate the goal” but footage clearly showed him running to Comben
Then to say it was a dog shot more a fuck around and find out
English

Harley Reid post game interview shows he’s a dog #AFLEaglesNorth
English

@cathroxx Ohh, I didn’t know you had Eagles fans in your immediate family. Great work on your SuperCoach team, glad the kids will do it good.
