God's Come Hotel 🔥 The hotel owner was left stunned 😳 Right after finishing a school play, a group of girls walked into a hotel — still dressed as goddesses 🥺✨ For a moment, the owner just stood there in disbelief, watching them… Then he smiled and said: “Today is truly my good fortune… for the first time, goddesses themselves have come to my hotel 🙏” And what happened next won hearts ❤️ He told his staff: 👉 “Don’t charge them anything today 👉 Serve them whatever they want, anything available in the hotel” Just like that, the girls’ happiness lit up the place 😍 It turned into a moment they’ll never forget! In a world where everything often comes with a price, this small act of kindness truly stands out 💫 Respect for such a kind-hearted owner 👏

Sanghi Temple modelled on the Birla Mandir, one of Hyderabad's well known temples. Dedicated to Shri Venkateswara. Also called Cinema Temple, many popular Telugu movies shot here. Girish Sanghi was once upon a time, one of Hyderabad's elite. Sanghi Group one of the leading conglomerates, getting a job in one of those companies meant your life was settled. They had interests in everything from Cement to Textiles to Media. He built an entire township around it, Sanghi Nagar, and the temple was built on the hill here. He also started Vaartha, a newspaper that at one point of time gave Eenadu a run for it's money. Politically well connected with Congress party, bitter critic of Chandrababu Naidu. Guy had it all. However an internal family feud betwen Gireesh Sanghi and his 3 brothers, series of bad decisions, Heavy debt saw the group go into decline, and it's now acquired by Ambuja Cements. The Sanghi Nagar township is now a deserted ghost town, the buzzing factories have fallen silent. The temple however is still there attracting devotees daily. The rise and fall of Girish Sanghi would make a proper movie, web series by itself.

Start accepting what I have been saying for the past 30 years. Tatas have the greatest PR machinery. They threatened a big newspaper to toe their line after refusing them ads for 2 years. Old lady of Boribunder. The best PR guys work for them. Even the worst. Full range covered.

The Lenskart Cover-Up A $5.6 billion company. A written policy. Two fired employees. A CEO whose story kept changing. Lenskart — India's largest eyewear retailer, IPO-bound, valued at $5.6 billion — had a Style Guide for store staff. It surfaced on April 15. The rules: No bindi. No tilak. No kalawa. Minimal sindoor, not on the forehead. The hijab? Explicitly permitted. With colour instructions. And tutorial videos promised to staff. When the document went viral, CEO Peyush Bansal called it "inaccurate." X's Community Note corrected him — the document was company-branded, dated February 2026. He then shifted: it was an "outdated training document" with an "incorrect line" that was "discovered and removed on February 17, well before this became public." That story collapsed within 24 hours. Akash Falake, a Lenskart store manager in Pune, had emails. He had flagged the exact same policy to Lenskart HR in writing on November 25, 2025. Senior HR was informed again on December 8. Through January and February 2026, store audits were actively cutting salaries of employees who wore bindis or tikas. Falake escalated to the legal team. No response. On February 20, he filed a complaint on Maharashtra's government grievance portal. The same day — he was terminated. Then came Zeel Soghasia from Surat. Got a Lenskart job offer. Flew to Navi Mumbai for training. Day one: told to cut his shikha, remove his tilak and religious tattoos — or there would be no job. He refused. Fired the next day. This was April 18, 2026 — sixty days after Bansal claimed the policy had been removed. Two employees raised this internally over five months. Both were ignored. One was fired the day he went to the government. One was fired for refusing to alter a religious symbol on his body. The CEO's story changed three times. Each time, new evidence forced the shift. This is how institutional discrimination works in the modern Indian workplace — not through speeches, but through audit deductions, grooming guides, and termination letters. Systems designed to be absorbed quietly. It almost worked. Until someone leaked a PDF.

Bansal, when you are in a hole, stop digging. The more you bullshit, the more sentiment will go against you. Accept and apologise. Make changes. Stop sucking up to radicals who wish to trample the majority. Or in a few weeks, you will be wondering what killed your brand.
Peyush Bansal@peyushbansal

I have listened to your concerns and I understand your sentiment around this. I want to add more context to my earlier post. The document currently circulating is an outdated internal training document. It is not an HR policy. That said, it contained an incorrect line about bindi/tilak that should never have been written and does not reflect our values or actual practice. When we discovered this on February 17, well before this became a public conversation, we immediately removed it. But I should have caught this earlier. As Founder and CEO, the responsibility for such lapses is mine. I have asked my team to bring all such materials under stricter review, and I will personally ensure this is addressed going forward. We are also looking into how this found its way into our training content. Let me be absolutely clear. Lenskart does not and will never restrict any form of respectful religious expression. This includes bindi, tilak, or any such symbols of faith. Our team members have always been, and will always be, free to express their beliefs with pride. I also want to thank everyone who raised this. Your voice helps us improve and stay true to what we stand for.

TCS staffer arrested in Nashik, wife says ‘relationship gone wrong ruined others with nothing to do with case’| Best thing about this story is that it is just a testimonial of hearsay by the families of the accused persons. Not even an attempt at speaking to the victims' families. And, again, not even a basic attempt to deal with the fact that undercover cops have gathered evidence. 9 FIRs is not common. FIRs that travel beyond initial statements are generally strong. Like I said, the testimonial basis of this story are person who carry zero probative value in terms of evidence. indianexpress.com/article/cities…

Can the pompous man drinking in a colony in car, ofcourse Mercedes Benz, be named? And shamed? Imagine calling goons to run his writ. The young man who was thrashed mercilessly is an IITian who decided to stay in India and work. No wonder, he will now wish to go outside.
