@jgerteis @bangbrewing Yes, Kernza® is the trademark name for the grain of a wheatgrass (Thinopyrum intermedium) developed at The Land Institute. As such, it has no “people”, no local economy, and no history and doesn’t yet address social inequities. It is good for the soil and can make nice beer tho!
