It’s not even about stupidity. The People’s Republic of China has actual historical claim to Taiwan. Unlike the “Chosen” folks committing genocide over a land that has been inhabited for generations by others. And now striking a sovereign nation without provocation.

I joined the party because I thought the party was serious about uniting and supporting any candidate the party chooses.

Dear ADC
As you are aware President Tinubu just signed the 2026 electoral act into law, in this act primaries are only conducted directly by all members or through consensus, can the party afford party direct primaries now ?
I think the best is for the party is to do the consensus option and conserve whatever resources the party and the candidate have for the main election.
All your major aspirants have a report card or political CV, weight your best options, decide on a ticket among the contenders with a clear written succession agreement for whoever that will be the VP candidate, other major contenders should have promise of good portfolio.
With this there will be no acrimony and the party shall face the bigger war in unison.
