-if a user failed to submit their X confirmation post, they now have the option to add it afterwards under "My Apps" → "Edit".
-users can only submit their confirmation post once.
-after submitting, it will be locked and cannot be changed.

- Updates - -the submission windows are now locked -previously, the windows closed when a user clicked outside of them. now they only close when clicking the X button -users had issues with accidentally closing the window during submission, which has now been fixed.

You cann add a CA in the submit form, or edit your apps in the "my apps" section and add the CA later.
