Grounding Yourself in What Is Within Your Control In uncertain and challenging times, it’s natural to feel fear, anxiety, anger, and emotional overwhelm. When everything feels too much, pause for a moment and return to your breath.

Making Space for What You Feel In uncertain times, pause and return to your breath. Ask yourself, “What am I feeling right now?” Notice and acknowledge your emotions without judgment. It’s okay to not feel okay. Take slow breaths for 4–5 cycles. Be gentle and kind to yourself 🌿
