@toywa_ @mbiti_mwondi It's not always about the "most expensive" hotel. Some of these people prefer exclusive places like the Maasai Mara - they can easily fly to Nairobi for their conference sessions and back to their camps / lodges.

@mbiti_mwondi I wondered the same thing yesterday like where Dangote is sleeping. Most of my colleagues said that those people probably have their houses in Kenya. It didn't make sense but then I also wondered which is the best & most expensive hotel rn in Kenya

@mbiti_mwondi JW Marriott we are presently fully occupied. Consequently, we are unable to accommodate any walk-in guests for both dining and room reservations from yesterday through Wednesday.

It was great meeting with the immediate former Governor of the CBK, Dr Patrick Njoroge who is currently a Professor at MIT and former PS for Petroleum and Mining Andrew Kamau who is currently the Director of Energy Opportunity Lab at Columbia University.
