@barbara_sarter The outside temperature may be dropping low enough that ice is building up on the outside coil. The unit would then go into defrost mode to remove the ice. That would turn off the hot air flow until the ice was removed.

@MRCOOLcomfort My gen 3DIY heat pump keeps turning off the flow of hot air several times a day. Is this normal? It is cold weather here and we are running it for the whole day until bedtime.

@SDCountyHHSA There are no messages yet from UCSD MY CHART about Tuesday am appointments. Have they really been cancelled and when are they rescheduled?

(2/2) People who had appointments for Monday should check MyChart, as they are being rescheduled for Thursday and they should return only at that newly scheduled time. Appointments made for the Petco site do not transfer to other County locations.
