very cool as someone with pcos who doesn’t have ovarian cysts. i hope this will actually improve care for pcos/pmos because currently the only two things they ever care to talk to me about is if i can have babies that i don’t want and losing weight

PCOS is being renamed to PMOS. (Polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome) The change comes from experts that say the old name was misleading, stating that it inaccurately suggested ovarian cysts as a defining feature.

A good example of the City of LA's ineptitude: This street + sidewalk construction project at Inglewood + Washington Blvds. at Mar Vista/Del Rey on the Westside. We haven't had a walkable intersection for 3.5 months, and there's no sign this project will finish anytime soon.
