A must try if you ever visit Aveiro, ovos moles, which translates as soft eggs, is a traditional Portuguese sweet made with egg yolk, sugar and water. This indulgent sweet was created 5 centuries ago by the nuns of the Convento de Jesus in Aveiro. 🥚

Meet Harrison our sous chef at City! With us for over a year, Harrison's positive vibes, multitasking and pursuit of perfection makes him a standout team member that we're so glad to have! His favourite dish on the menu is pork neck and bifana sauce an all round crowd pleaser. 🙌

New on our menu - Coelho estufado com feijão branco (Braised rabbit with white beans). A rustic dish savoured throughout Portugal and passed down through generations. We marinate rabbit legs for 24 hours and slowly braise until tender then it's accompanied with a white bean stew
