On #VisionOffering, oversubscribed means the goal has been reached, but the sale has not ended! Our Tier users (including #VisionNode Holders) have a guaranteed allocation which gets calculated during the sale itself, as it progresses! This means for example, that if the total sale is $100,000, and 100 Tier Users participate, the average allocation is $1,000. But if 99 of them have only invested $900, and the last one $20,000 (causing an oversubscription, the last one will be able to keep $10,900 of the allocation, and the 99 ones won't see their allocation reduced because their below the average! In simpler terms, if you're a Tier User, feel free to invest what you'd like, worst case scenario, if your allocation is reduced, the funds are sent back within 24h from the end of the sale. This also means that since we went into Oversubscription during the first day of the sale, there won't be a FCFS round open to everyone tomorrow. It essentially allows Tier Users to try and get first dibs on whatever the other Tier Users didn't pick of their own allocation, instead of reserving one for a FCFS round the day after.
