@BargainMax still no response I want this item refunded as my children was let down twice this is beyond a joke now and to get completely ignored now is disrespectful and Damm right out of order attached a pic from the delivery website just left outside and now we are missing it

@BargainMax It wasn't a mistake on the couriers end it was @BargainMax mistake for not packing it. I would like a photo of the box packed if you are disputing it. I want a refund ASAP. I'm done with this now. A week this is dragging on!!

@BargainMax can I have somebody Issue me a refund please? I've been trying to explain via email that an item wasn't sent.this hasn't been understood and you are blaming the courier!? The package WAS delivered but an item was missing. Box was sealed so it's bargainmax's problem!
