Back in the day, this is how you found out you were picked for England. Stayed at my parents last night and mum dug out the ‘scrapbook’. I never actually played in this game (had to give the jumpers back) but a certain Mr Warne did who bowled ‘that ball’.

Slow over rate solution:
Make the Umpires responsible for over rates.
Then dock the Umpires 10% of their daily match fee for every over short in a day.
