@barmchugh @SHEDDISTILLERY 350g blackberries (fresh or frozen) 130g sugar A bottle Gin (I use Gunpowder) Sterilise a jar, add ingredients. Seal and swish gently to dissolve sugar. Keep In a cool dark place and swish every day for the first week. After 3 weeks strain into sterilised bottles.
