It’s been a while since I last wrote here, @barne_julia sorry :) From the latest news: a couple more people have joined the marketing team, and they’re currently undergoing training at our internal education center. I think the team will share more about the training center later. I personally developed the program together with the department heads for each specific position.

Right now my main focus is TOKEN2049. It’s a huge world of crypto and Web3 in miniature. Imagine: tens of thousands of participants from around the globe, hundreds of companies, hundreds of speakers — from Vitalik Buterin to top executives of the largest exchanges and funds. The atmosphere of energy, ideas, and networking literally gives me goosebumps. At the moment I’m working on the essentials: 📌 materials for the website and social media, 📌 design and branding, 📌 coordinating partnerships and sponsorships, 📌 organizing activities at the booth and for the team. There’s only one month left until the conference, and I’m giving it my all to make everything ready in time. Events like this are always a challenge but so worth it.

Recently, I’ve been testing several new AI-driven solutions designed to optimize marketing processes. The key features that stood out to me include: 1. Real-time creative performance analysis, tools that evaluate CTR, conversions, and engagement within minutes of a campaign launch. 2. Automated content generation, AI systems that create multiple variations of headlines and visuals tailored to specific audience segments. 3. Predictive campaign modeling, algorithms capable of assessing the potential success of an ad before a significant budget is invested. These technologies can dramatically reduce the time spent on a/b testing and content refinement, which is a huge plus. However, human oversight is still essential for now. The integration of such tools could soon become a standard for data-driven marketing strategies.
