Truepic's Lens camera was used to create the first authentic video on @YouTube with #ContentCredentials.
Interoperability between Truepic & YouTube is a significant milestone towards a more transparent internet: truepic.com/blog/why-label…

@CantelopePeel @coin_angel_KR How much archive space do failed txns take?
Why are the failed txns persisted? Just balance changes from txn fee?
Does the node replay/verificatio process run each failed txn to arrive at the same "yep this failed" conclusion or are they skipped?
English

this is not why transactions fail on solana. transactions fail on solana when dapps do something that causes them to fail, or if the transaction is incorrect in some very particular ways.
a failed transaction is just a normal transaction on solana that the dapp decided to cancel.
there is nothing implicitly bad about failed txns

@GiacomoFenzi this is cool, and not to diminish the work, but `Small FRI` was _right there_

Say hello to STIR 🥣!
STIR is an IOPP for RS which, compared to FRI, has shorter arguments (~2x) and a faster verifier (~1.2x) that performs fewer hashes (~2x).
Joint work with Gal Arnon, Alessandro Chiesa and Eylon Yogev.

What sucks about @Circle’s CCTP:
- Not on Base (wyd Coinbase??)
- Still not on Solana
- USDC launch was a month late on Base mainnet
- Attestation delivery done by devs
Please support automatic relayer for attestation delivery 🙏 Wormhole & Axelar do this and make my life easier

@therealchaseeb @spacemandev for devs I think the "why" is "why does this make my life easier?" and "how does this help me touch more grass?"
English

@spacemandev Fully agree. Often it’s hard to strike a balance on platforms that still in its infancy with regards to tooling and education, but why you should use it and the benefits is super important. Although I’m not 100% sure the “why” is dev rel. that’s kinda marketing / dev marketing.

@high_byte Pop the back off the thing and get in there, if you've had it for any amt of time it's probably got a ton of junk in the blades or blocking exhaust

@functi0nZer0 If it doesn't replicate? Bicycle kick the can down the road
I mean how hard could it be to pick a new scheme, get it implemented, get it deployed, and get everyone to switch over

a node is "light" only relative to some other node
bartek.eth@bkiepuszewski
"Light Client" is too overloaded term. Some check consensus, some check state validity via zk validation, some do DA sampling (partial validity ?). We need to do better with terminology

@ngundotra I've had good luck passing cool but non-scannable QRs thru img2img w/ lowish denoise (0.1-0.2) + controlnet w/ inpaint-global-harmonious a few times

Looks like the tutorials I helped create w/ @algodevs got removed. 😭 Is there at least a link to the unlisted videos?
