1. Why do they hallucinate? Is hallucination a "bug" or a "feature" of the architecture?
2. Can an LLM reference where they got information it recites from?
3. Why do most LLM vendors limit output to ~4,000 tokens?

I continue to be amazed how many software engineers have not taken the bare minimum effort to understand how LLMs work, and assume things like “it can reason.”
A trait of any kind of engineering is you look under the covers of the stuff you use, understand how it works and why.

Muy sencillo: porque se crea más moneda de la que desea mantener atesorada la población, esa moneda se deprecia (inflación)… salvo que la retire de circulación pidiéndola prestada. Otra forma de verlo: pide prestada la moneda que previamente ha creado para reducir el gasto privado en esa moneda, de modo que el Estado pueda incrementar su gasto público sin aumentar demasiado el gasto agregado (generando inflación)

The US has successfully used fiscal policy to boost growth and people like @Claudia_Sahm are right that the current debt level is not a concern. Question is a)trajectory of debt and b) are they using money wisely. I have concerns on both counts. But Europe can learn from the US.
