I teach military ethics to the armed forces and am eternally grateful for their recognition that even war has limits. Only blood drunk psychos talk this way.

No one knows why Thurles Town Council or @TipperaryCoCo put these concrete flower pots on the footpath, forcing pedestrians onto the road into the face of oncoming traffic. It's a mystery like many Irish urban design decisions.
