Polish PiS party seems to live in an alternative universe. They are obsessed with a weird idea of “German neo-imperialism” instead of focusing on the real risk from Russia. They naively assume that the US would suddenly stop following its own interests and defend Poland if needed

@janiszyn_r @Frederik__e I was just recently looking into OECD stats about the work market and the average German works yearly 450 hours less than the average Pole. That’s almost 3 months less of work (8 hour shifts) per year. How are they supposed to succeed?

@Frederik__e @bartosz78 You are losing your economical advantage for other reasons. Germans work very little, your whole economical model was based on cheap Russian rescues and an ever growing Chinese market. Both of those things are gone. It's a slippery slope for now on. It's not donations.

Also PiS seems not to care about Orban being totally controlled by Moscow. 2) You have to understand that we do not think/talk/care much about Poland. @Frederik__e @janiszyn_r The covid recovery funds were not „German donations” but EU secured loans to be payed by Polish taxpayers. You obviously have no clue what you’re talking about. If VDL, Merkel and Schroeder (and others) didn’t play the anti-Polish game, they wouldn’t face any hostility in return
