First of all I train and work with service animals. For this to happen it means possibly several things: 1. The animal is very sick or overheated 2. The animal is not a valid service dog 3. The dog broke training and need retraining 4. The dog is being abused. IDK what the issue is, but this is not an argument about restricting service animals. It’s an argument about making sure valid service animals are easy identifiable. Like a police badge.
