As someone born and raised in West TN, live in the burbs of Memphis, I gotta say, I don’t understand it. Memphis has its rough parts, but we also have a lot of cool and nice areas. It’s the same with Nashville. I’ve lived in other places and it’s the exact same. I just don’t understand the constant need to shit on Memphis. We’re not much different from Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland etc. We have rough parts, but so many nice parts that get overlooked because of clowns like LeBron.

i tried working from a coffee shop today instead of my office & it was impossible to get anything done. i was constantly distracted by one thing or another, from sounds to ppl moving around etc. it’s unclear to me how anyone is able to be productive working from a coffee shop.
