@basicallyedd That heart thing where they fly out of your head is a medical condition. It’s called lover’s disease. It’s completely harmless but the hearts do pile up on the floor after a while and you have to sweep them up.

this was the first little allanling based on a specific frame… hard to believe he’s two years old now 🥺 some of you have told me he’s your favorite allanling and i understand why. he’s a cutie

allan’s surgery is DONE!! he’s very creaky as previously mentioned but more posable. i’ll get pictures of him showing off his new skeleton but i’m gonna rest this evening because that was a lot of work lol

i’m gonna have a lot of extra batting so my plan is to make tiny quilts for the allanlings :)

@basicallyedd he Does seem like the kind of guy who cracks like a raw noodle anytime he moves his spine so i think it's pretty accurate

the only issue i have with allan’s new armature is that it’s super creaky. anytime he moves it sounds like walking down a wooden hallway of an old house. if i can’t get used to it i’ll switch back to wire after our trip and use a different method

it’s soooo nice having him so posable though. i still have more work to do on him (one arm and then connecting everything inside). i’ll give it some time before i make up my mind
