Poor experience @BaskinRobbins Alwar outlet. Staff refused to redeem a valid gift voucher saying they weren’t trained to use it, though it expires tomorrow. Time wasted at counter caused takeaway ice cream to melt by the time we reached home. Card payment was also denied. RESOLVE

Very disappointing experience with @BaskinRobbins . On May 21, 2026, my payment got deducted twice due to an internet issue. I was told the refund would be processed soon, but it’s been 4 days with no refund or proper support. Please resolve this ASAP. #baskinrobinindia

@BaskinRobbins does not give you the option to use a gift card if you order online. AVOID BUYING GIFT CARDS FROM @BaskinRobbins. Also, their app/website breaks if you try to order a cake and put a special message on it.

3 different browsers and the order form is broken in a different spot in each one. Safari went the furthest until I wanted to select a pickup time. @BaskinRobbins

@Swiggy @BaskinRobbins I ordered Baskin robin ice cream tub 700 ml but the quantity was not even 500ml seems like someone used it and re packed it . Not happy with delivery ..Nobody helped ..

Went to @BaskinRobbins for a sundae. Picked out one on the menu, ice cream and sauces. Guy says they don't have it and can't make it (they could've). I say ok, a hot fudge sundae. He hands me a caramel sundae. I point it out. He is confused. He did not know what hot fudge was.

So I decided to order a head a time on @BaskinRobbins mobile app an ice cream cone. When I get there instead of an ice cone, I get a cone then a cup of ice cream. Not a happy customer. Make this make sense???

@BaskinRobbins Don't sell ice cream online that you don't actually have! The cashier was adamant I pick a different flavor (on 3 options available) because the item I ordered, and paid for, online wasn't available. I know from past experience you usually can't buy if unavailable

@BaskinRobbins HOW CAN CUSTOMERS REACH YOU IF YOUR TOLL FREE NUMBER DOESNT WORK? You accept online orders, customers go to store to pickup, and then told there is no order even with proof of receipt. Now, I have NO WAY to obtain refund. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN.

@BaskinRobbins Location on San Pablo Ave in El Cerrito Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Super skimpy portions and an absolutely negligent attitude to hygiene. Not once was a hand washed while I was in the store or gloves worn after handling food and then customer payment

Love Potion 31 from @BaskinRobbins 😍 This is my favorite month only because this is my favorite flavor. I’ve been getting since 1997 when a BF introduced it to me. It came out in ‘95. The boyfriend didn’t last but BR31 never let me down. Thank you for the memories ❤️
