“No competition” isn’t a flex. It usually means: • no urgency • no buying behavior • no reference pricing How do you evaluate competition before entering a market?

A more innovative startup does NOT automatically grow faster. A quantitative study of 147 startups shows that: Faster-growing startups were often less novel than slower-growing ones. Why? → High-growth startups operated in more competitive markets → Slower-growing ones had more differentiated products → Novelty ≠ sales growth What actually mattered? → Quality people + active execution → Speed and decisiveness, not constant market scanning → Simple, consistent strategies beat complex ones

The current hype around Foldables is just a distraction. For the majority of consumers, it's all about camera sensor size and post-processing Al to get the perfect shot every time. The form factor is secondary to photo quality. Agree or disagree?

For me, it has to be Battery Life. A lightning-fast phone is useless if it dies by noon. I'd trade a higher-res screen for all-day power any day. It's the ultimate enabler! What's your non-negotiable? Camera Zoom? Wireless Charging?

The Great Smartphone Debate: What's the ONE feature you absolutely CANNOT live without on your phone? Forget the brand wars for a moment. We're talking pure functionality. Is it the camera quality? The battery life? The refresh rate? We are analyzing the latest consumer trends in the smartphone industry for 2026 and this is one section of the market research that we stopped at as there were multiple answers from surveyed consumers. I’ve helped over 700 businesses with their market research and business planning. Here is what winners have in common. It wasn't the "best" idea. It wasn't the highest IQ founder. It wasn't even the one with the most funding. The winners were simply the ones who closed the gap between "Decision" and "Action." When they saw a market trend (based on data), they moved. When they saw a competitor weakness, they struck. Mediocre strategy with elite execution beats elite strategy with mediocre execution every single time. We build the roadmap (the plan). But you have to drive the car. Don't overthink it.

You have a business idea. But to get money, support, or to know how to grow, you need more than just the idea — you need proof and a plan. We help you with both: Market Research → We find out if people want your product, who your competitors are, and how big the opportunity is. Business Plan → We take that information and turn it into a clear, professional plan that shows how your business can succeed and make money. In short: We study the market, then write the business plan that convinces banks and investors your idea is worth funding.

Everyone says they want freedom. Few will pay the price for it. Freedom requires risk, discomfort, responsibility. Comfort needs none of that. Most people don’t want freedom — they want comfort dressed as ambition. Freedom = uncertainty, risk, pressure. Comfort = routine, safety, predictability. That’s why people: • stay in jobs they hate • dream instead of start • choose scrolling over building • postpone change "until later" The real challenge isn’t getting freedom — It’s becoming someone who can handle it.

We’re getting smarter… but strangely less wise. Here’s why 👇 Information is instant. Understanding is not. We store links, not knowledge. We skim instead of absorb. We outsource thinking to AI. Depth is becoming rare — and valuable. The future belongs to the people who think slowly in a fast world.

The most productive person on my team burned out — and I didn’t notice. Here’s what I missed (and what leaders forget every day): High performers don’t ask for help — asking feels like failing. “Yes” isn’t loyalty. Sometimes it’s fear. Consistency can hide exhaustion. Praise without support becomes pressure. Burnout doesn’t start loud — it whispers. The real leadership skill isn’t pushing performance. It’s noticing the quiet signals: • shorter replies • camera-off days • subtle drop in energy • never taking time off Check on your best people. Not when they break — before. Retention isn’t about perks. It’s about care. You can read the full story here: shorturl.at/GYGOQ

I’m curious – for the founders here, what is the hardest part of the plan for you? The Financials or the Market Research?"

Investors average 3 minutes on your business plan. Here is how to make them stay for 30. Most founders bury the lead. They spend 10 pages on "Company History" and 1 page on "Financials." This is a rejection slip waiting to happen. At Globemonitor, I see this daily. We flip the script: - Executive Summary: The Hook (Write this last, not first). - Market Data: The Proof (If you don't cite sources, it's just an opinion). - Financials: The Reality Check. If your plan doesn't answer "How do I get my money back?" in the first 60 seconds, you've lost them. We’ve delivered 700+ plans. We know exactly what banks and VCs look for. Don't let a bad document kill a great business.

Before you spend money on a new business or product, ask yourself: 1️⃣ Who exactly is my ideal customer? 2️⃣ How big is the market – and is it growing or shrinking? 3️⃣ What alternatives are my customers already using? 4️⃣ Why would they choose me instead? 5️⃣ How much are they truly willing to pay? If you can’t answer these clearly, you don’t have a “business” yet – you have a guess. I help founders and SMEs turn these questions into clear, data-backed answers using professional market research.

Absolutely 👍 there’s a real wave coming. To put it in numbers, the global smart home market was valued at around $127.8 billion in 2024 and is projected to hit $537.3 billion by 2030, growing at about 27% CAGR from 2025 to 2030. It’s not just fancy gadgets, it’s a shift to AI-powered devices everywhere, from lighting and cameras to streaming and smart appliances. What excites me most is how this change isn’t incremental, it’s exponential. When homes stop being passive spaces and start learning, adapting, and reacting, that’s a transformation. And we’re genuinely standing at that edge right now.

Every founder should answer these 3 questions BEFORE building anything: • Who exactly is my customer? • What pain am I solving? • Why should someone pick me over competitors? If you can’t answer these instantly, you’re not ready.

The most productive person on my team was secretly burning out. Not the quiet one. Not the new one. The best one. The one everyone relied on. The one who never said no. Here’s what I learned: 👉High performers don’t ask for help. 👉Consistency can hide exhaustion. 👉“I got it” often means “I’m scared to disappoint you.” Leaders lose their best people by assuming they’re fine. Check on your stars. Not because they’re weak — but because they won’t check on themselves.
