@wessexwater This isn’t good enough. I’ve already contacted your billing team, raised a formal complaint on 16 July (Ref: 2507869-1752653360), and have had no response. You increased my direct debit to £96.50 after promising not to, I will now escalate to @CCWvoice.

@pearsonlanguage Very disappointed. Took the Versant English Test on 1st April via my local council. Test came back “Unscorable” due to a faulty headset – not my fault. Now I’m being asked to pay £124 to retake it. Unfair and unprofessional. I want a refund or free retest.

@pearsonlanguage @Bas Ticket 52040146 took the Versant English Test on 1st April 2025, and it was returned as “Unscorable” due to a faulty headset—a technical issue beyond my control, which has also been confirmed by Bath Council. the test fee has increased from £74 to £124 and 40 days delay
