The original Crazy Bastard, pictured here full which is a rare sight in our house. If I had a euro for every time someone told me they could really taste the “tomato” in this completely tomato-free sauce...

All our sauces are vegan, despite many English customers at our market stalls enjoying this “chipolata and pineapple” sauce.

Also regularly get asked if we have any alcohol-free sauces after people look at this one. For anyone not sure, those yellow chillis are Scotch Bonnets and sadly do not contain any uisge-beatha.

Smokin’! Our Chipotle & Pineapple sauce isn’t just a great alternative to BBQ sauce, it goes with pretty much anything. We’ve even tried it with ice cream (and yes, it was delicious!).

Our Blue Label is absolutely bursting with Caribbean inspired flavour. We used jerk seasoning paired with scotch bonnet chilis for this medium heat sauce. What Jamaican with it? #punsfordays #bastardsauce
