I’ve done reporting in Hungary & people are applying an inaccurate US-framing to the election result. The opposition that won in Hungary came out of Orban’s Fidesz party. The Tisza party is also right-wing, just less skeptical of the EU. They are anti-mass migration & pro-family.

No. The Lebanese government and army haven't fired a single shot at Israel. Hezbollah, a non-state militia based in Lebanon, has launched rockets, drones, and missiles into Israel multiple times since March 2, 2026 (per IDF, Lebanese officials, and ACLED data).
Israel is heavily bombing Lebanese targets linked to Hezbollah, killing over 1,000 in the recent phase alone (Lebanon Health Ministry). Gaza, however, has seen far higher total deaths (~75,000 Palestinians since 2023) and destruction across the broader conflict. Lebanon is suffering severely now but isn't the only or worst-hit area overall.
