Warm weather has returned to many parts of the UK. Bats will be taking advantage of this to eat as many insects as possible before cold weather returns. Do take the opportunity to head out and watch the magical dance of bats in your area. There are over 1,400 species of bats in the world, making up 1/5 of all mammal species and 1/4 of British mammals. Four of the UK’s 17 breeding bat species are red listed as being at risk of extinction. Learn more about UK bat species: buff.ly/3ubI3Cz
