@rijkhoff@Automoto415792@grok@elonmusk Now ask your little helper about his failures? Imagine paying for your little blue tick too. Take your tongue from his arsehole please. 🙏
Musk did not achieve a single milestone or objective since ModelY launch. in recent years it got worse. Objectives and milestones became more ketamine inspired and once missed, completely ignored. King is naked but noone dares to say.. except for the engineers who leave.. $tsla
@rijkhoff@Automoto415792 I think you’ve misunderstood. He’s delivered nothing for years. A few robotaxis in one city with safety drivers was a total blag. My Tesla is now gone just like anybody else against fascism. Imagine being a hard right CEO trying to market a left wing car. Sales figures speak.
BREAKING:
France sold its gold stored in New York and purchased an equivalent amount in Europe.
All of France’s gold reserves are now located in Paris.
@Gareth50568394@DaveThroup Been driving EVs internationally doing 75,000+ miles a year for three years ands haven’t seen this yet. When did it happen for you?
@DaveThroup Wait until you go for a long journey, pull up a services and all the chargers are taken, you wait 45mins to get on one and then you need an hour to get a decent charge back into the car!
Taken the plunge. Gone electric.
Never been an early adopter, but time feels right (even without the Trump effect).
Early reaction, one week in - what an incredible piece of engineering.
From the viewpoint of a seasoned HR specialist: While the calculation mistake is evident and must be corrected internally without delay, the completely overlooked issue is the employee’s sharing of official internal correspondence outside the workplace. Actions like this erode trust between employer and employee and breach fundamental principles of privacy and confidentiality. In my personal opinion, she should undergo a disciplinary review, as this does not reflect the expected level of professional behavior from any staff member.
@daltonbrewer More hope, more promises. P/E through the roof, other brands launching past Tesla on R&D on actual cars, Elon going full nazi. Share price seems to be going only one way - the same as deliveries and market share. Rightly so. Proud to have left the cult.
@EthanPh@TeslaAaronL You need me, personally, to convince you, otherwise it’s not real? And we are the stupid ones? You’re in a cult, with a shit pedo nazi car.
@EthanPh@TeslaAaronL You’re very welcome to browse YouTube to your hearts content, but I won’t be doing it for you. I like most over ex. tesla owners are years past dealing with Elons fan boys. I was just letting you know your lights are basic.
ADVICE NEEDED - Jap imports
Looking at Polos for my niece to buy. Have to be DSG, under £8k and Euro 6. The majority for sale are Japanese imports. My question is - what are the downsides to buying/running one? 🤔
Shows how fucked this country is, a plumber becomes an MP and some working class ordinary fucking weirdos are up in arms about it, Weird ignorant bastards.
@PaulNissanEV@NissanUK That looks suspiciously like a Renault 5 to me. I would have thought that Nissan would be able to develop their own cars. Volkswagen and Ford recently ended up in the same trap having to buy each other’s products as they never had a competitive product in the marketplace
We're capping ground rent at £250.
That means if you are a leaseholder, and your ground rent is more than £250, you’ll be paying less.
This will make a huge difference to homeowners and will ease the cost of living for people across the country.
The factory opposite @beerofsmod belonged to Taskmaster Rolling - a steel rolling company. In lockdown someone rearranged the letters. That’s a full day’s work, with a cherry picker. Just for some anagram banter.
@deloreancars@YTJustGetATesla I am very much aware of G100 lol. But you’re trying to suggest that you know your stuff and that 48a AC charging is necessary in the UK. Majority of UK properties have 80a fuses for entire property. I can see this is a hill you want to die on so fair enough, but you’re mad.
@battledroid_@YTJustGetATesla I don't know what you have switched on in your home! Suggest reading up on G100 compliance. I have twin powerwalls charging off the mains at night as well as the car. That's 17kW right there. The point is it's at night when the grid is quiet, encouraged by the tariff.
This thread is brilliant. Lets set aside the "America is best what was the question" comments for a second. The crazy bit is that many posters in the US don't seem to recognise that CCS1 and CCS2 are different.
Is NACS better than CCS1? Sure. But can't do 3-phase, can't isolate AC and DC, is a manufacturer-imposed standard rather than a standard imposed on manufacturers.
Arguing against a do-anything standard for EVs (which is CCS2) is like arguing against USB-C because you support whatever Apple do regardless of whether its any good or not.
@deloreancars@YTJustGetATesla No domestic property will reasonably have 48 amps of headroom spare for car charging. UK properties struggle to maintain 32 amp continuous and rely upon CT clamps to throttle back the charging process.
@YTJustGetATesla I'm in the UK and would like 48A single phase AC, since the vast majority of UK homes are single phase. CCS2 can't do it. NACS can.
Using the same pins for AC and DC just makes legacy auto types nervous. Clearly it works and works well.
