Pray, I ask, why would you call me at 12 am and ask me if it's a good time to call? Who calls customers at 12 am for a follow up call regarding a complaint? Heights of irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour from your staff @zomatocare

On asking if this really is the time they should be calling customers I was told "ma'am I asked you if this was a good time at the beginning of the call and we work 24*7"

@EGYPTAIR Terrible service by your flight attendants onboard the LHR-CAI-BOM flights MS778 and MS968. Wouldn't even serve water to the passengers and were downright rude. Didn't expect such behaviour from Egypt Air staff.

@EGYPTAIR Yep, still no response. No wonder your staff behaves terribly with passengers - they know nothing is gonna happen to them and even if a customer complains your team will not take it seriously! This whole experience has been so frustrating and dismal!

@zomato as a pro member I think waiting almost 2 hours for my order is definition of terrible service. Your customer care agents have no clue what they're doing and provide zero resolutions and are always in the hurry to close the chat. Definitely not renewing my pro membership
