Almost 9 months focusing on improving my skill set in production it is so disheartening to continue to see how impacted production roles have been hit by these layoffs. As an IC having good people in production roles makes such a huge impact on QoL.

@710wonderdev I think having lunch and learns to staff outside of the QA department on how to report bugs, the tools you all use, and how to communicate effectively with QA would be super helpful. I feel there is always a gap between QA and other departments on what is a helpful bug report.

If you could improve your internal bug reporting tools, what would you do? 👀 Each place I’ve worked does it a little different, would love to hear your thoughts. 💭
