Brendan Wayne is not a stunt performer. All those classic silhouettes, tactical movements, and the action that defines Mando is Brendan. He is acting. Deserves this credit!
Best of Star Wars@bestofstarwar
It is highly irregular for stunt performers to share top billing with the lead actor/actress. How often do you think Pedro was actually on screen during the film?

one of my least favorite things is seeing a movie that to the eye seems to be mostly iffy VFX only to discover afterwards there was a major physical component to it, making me have to wonder why it looked like that anyway

Stop-motion work on ‘THE MANDALORIAN & GROGU’ Phil Tippett and his studio returned to the Star Wars universe to work on the sequence.

@bestofstarwar The show wasnt that washed out and grey was it? Surely its just that clip

@robertliefeld The red drawing is the anatomy as it appears in your original art, the green drawing illustrates how the anatomy of the chest should look. The chest doesnt wrap around under the arms, it sits on the inside of the arms. Hope this helps

Youngblood #100 is up and away to the printer. I’m so excited to share it with you all. It’s a massive romp that was a blast to produce! See you June 10th!

@AUSTINMATTAR1 I always thought the armor over the butt was a really odd design choice, a lot of peculiar asymmetrical design elements on that suit
English

I also think this one is kinda neat as well.

Oh how wish Jon's suit would be as cool as these in lanterns

@BoardwalkTimes Celebrities using comics to serve as their proof of concept for studios rather than truly engaging with the medium should not be supported

@ofbomberlo32 @Es_esencial7 That page is proving the point. Poor anatomy on smaller figures, badly draw hands, lifeless digital brush strokes. Its a poor man's replacement
English

@Es_esencial7 Unless you can actually prove your claim, your committing an appeal to authority with that reply.
Also there's no way you can actually call Toyotaro's art style "poor" when he was the one who made these

English

I legit see nothing wrong with Toyotaro's artstyle.
Mfs just be tripping for no reason

Vegeta - Akira Toriyama / Toyotaro I have the feeling that Toyotaro tried to reference this Vegeta illustration by Toriyama from the Majin Buu saga, although he clearly did it in his own style.

@CoveredGeekly When he's on his knees and gets kicked across the face why does he fly up in the air spinning? Poorly choreographed fight scene

things that the pokemon developers did to stop you from cheating
back in 1999, pokemon gold and silver introduced clair, the eighth and final gym leader in the johto region. she was a dragon type trainer and one of the toughest fights in the entire game.
but what made her unique was that even after you beat her, she refused to hand over the rising badge right away. clair would tell you that you weren’t worthy yet.
to prove yourself, you had to surf behind the blackthorn gym, enter the cave called dragon’s den, navigate through the area, and pick up a specific item called the dragon fang. only after grabbing that exact item would clair finally accept her loss and give you the badge. this made it the only gym in any pokemon game where you didn’t receive the badge immediately after winning the battle.
some players thought they found a way to skip the whole thing. since the dragon fang was a hold item, they figured they could just trade one over from another save file, show it to clair, and bypass the dragon’s den quest entirely.
but the developers were already one step ahead. the game didn’t just check if you had any dragon fang in your bag, it checked whether you had picked up the specific one from dragon’s den. so if you tried showing clair a traded one, she would straight up call you a cheater and refuse to give you the rising badge.
it was the first time a pokemon game breaking the fourth wall just to let you know the developers knew exactly what you were trying to do.

@MercyBuzzard13 @Pedro4531173173 @Isimmons_art That white is the background the panel is lifting up. The suit looks like shit, we have a clear shot of it, please be serious
English

@Pedro4531173173 @Isimmons_art You can clearly see white and a brighter green in the flashback as I said.

@bbGOJII Are you even aware how 3D models are used? They are a guideline for artists to create a basic fundament for their artwork. Once again, if you are unable to understand or comprehend their usage it is not my job to educate you.
English

@bbGOJII If you are unable to understand the rule I cannot help you.
English

@_yamet3_ @Peach9977 @esprei96 Im trying to find the phraseology '3d model' in there, can you help me a little more?
English

@bbGOJII “This includes artwork traced from poseable 3D models” - aka industry standard procedure. Using 3D models as guidance in art does NOT align with simple “tracing”. You create the pose yourself or take the picture yourself. It is still part of the creative process.
