Egregious omissions galore. One of the worst lists ever published. Rage bait is sadly alive and well.

@bballrecordpod I haven't watched since 2023, but wondering WHY didn't #4 just start dribbling after catching since he was going to have to safely dribble up anyway? Why take the chance ? Plus, by not going into dribble mode, he nearly slipped in the painted area while turning.

March 19 1973 - A photographer for the famed weekly magazine Sports Illustrated was in Omaha, Neb. today for the @trailblazers / Kansas City-Omaha Kings game. The pictures that were taken during the game would be used for the October 15, 1973 Pro Basketball preview issue. It earned Blazers guard Rick Adelman, who was traded by Portland to Chicago the day before the issue was released, the distinction of being the first Blazers player to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated. Nate Archibald finished with 37 points and 14 assists in the Kings victory over the Blazers. Ron Riley, who was cut out of the SI cover, finished with 19 points and a game-high 18 rebounds. For Portland, Sidney Wicks scored 26 points and grabbed 10 rebounds while Adelman scored 16 points. #RipCity #ThisDateinBlazersHistory

I don’t understand why refs aren’t told to call these blatant travels (and obvious carries). Everyone would benefit. Players would adjust quickly, and we’d get fewer ridiculous clips like this on social media. The league would gain credibility just by enforcing the most basic rules

NBA refs and the “it’s legal” crowd: “You get a gather step”. This guy gathers the ball, his thoughts, his luggage and frequent flyer miles.

One of the most naive takes imaginable. Andrew likely had no idea of Ewing’s accomplishments when typing that nonsense. First and hopefully last time I’ll read his name.
Mike North@North2North

One of the hardest working players I ever saw .Never took a day off and was a force .Should have been a champion in the pros except his bad luck was playing at same time as @Jumpman23 Sorry Andy guy was a top player and won in college also .stud and good guy 🏀

Earl - Feb 4, 1972 (@ Braves), you wore #21 as your #15 was torn to shreds by a jet engine (or conveyor belt) at Buffalo airport. Your post below refers to Mar 4, '73. So, it seems the first time you wore #21 was actually 1972. Would that be right? Best swishes. 📰 @_newspapers

More detail on the missing jersey: Number 21 was the 3rd number I wore that year. #15 was taken twice from the laundry room. After that I decided to have all my uniforms, including warm-ups, dry cleaned at home. Unfortunately, we had to use the hotel laundry rooms on the road.
