I’m trying to understand what “delivered” means anymore. 😅📦 This package was worth almost $500, and instead of being brought anywhere near the front door, it was left sitting at the end of the driveway right by the sign. I understand the sign says not to drive on the concrete. That’s there because the driveway is custom work and we’re trying to avoid damage from heavy vehicles. I don’t expect a delivery driver to risk messing it up or ignore the sign. But there has to be a middle ground between “don’t drive on the driveway” and “leave an expensive package sitting out by the road like a free pickup item.” My wife ended up having to walk all the way down in the heat and carry it back herself. Not the end of the world, but definitely frustrating when you’re paying for Prime and expecting at least a little common sense with expensive deliveries. I’m not asking for special treatment. Just maybe place it somewhere safer than the very front of the property where anyone passing by can see it. Would this bother you too, or would you just be glad the package showed up⁉️ 📦🤷‍♀️
