i’m so enamoured with the concept of religious elements hurting sam. speaking enochian makes him cough up blood, leaving his throat raw. hearing it feels like a bad case of otitis. rosaries softly burns his skin, holy water gives him rashes. the touch of an angel makes him sick. praying gives him splitting headaches. but he perseveres, he ignores it, he keeps faith until it’s ripped away from him.
