🟡 Freezing rain warning for Winnipeg. Be very careful!! My sister-in-law needed surgery this morning from slipping. Broken fibula in 2 places. Torn ligaments, 7 screws, titanium rod, and a plate needed in near the ankle to stabilize. She may permanently lose feelings in foot. 😕
