@GracePersephone Nah I’m with you. I came to actively dislike their game and how they played, especially after seeing them in person twice. Chippy, cheap shots, and penalty baiting. They remind me of the Montreal Canadians.

I’ve seen a few people having a problem with Daki landing a hit on Vader but I don’t get it, he’s a Jedi Master who is more than likely very old and very experienced, Vader isn’t untouchable.

The PWHL’s lack of a farm system and reserve network are a highlight of today’s postponed game. Obviously everyone wants the best player on the ice and more importantly healthy. But this is as much an issue of league infrastructure as any thing else.

@FollowTheFleet Exactly this. They’re solid top to bottom on defense and will still be very good even if they lose Winn. They need to keep Eldridge and add another scoring threat. They’re loaded with solid forwards who can score but lack pure goal scorers.

A day removed from the disappointing end to the Fleet season, I think a big downfall was a lack of high-end scoring forwards. The Fleet relied too heavily on defensemen like Winn and Keller, and not only needed Jessie Eldridge at the deadline, but needed more than 1 of her.
