I've spent 10 years advising DTC brands. Now I finally get to walk the talk. I'm using Kno to track everything. Customer attribution, persona building, creative angles. Don't be an a**hole, call your mom I recorded a 1-hour podcast with my mom that will never be released It's for me and my siblings (and our future kids) to have. We talked all about the adversity she faced growing up in Israel and moving to the States with 3 kids and 6 months pregnant with a 4th She barely spoke any English and moved to Buffalo from the desert. We talked about her parents, advice she has for my future kids, and the legacy she wants to leave. Tbh, it doesn’t matter what she said. I just know that someday, when she’s gone, I’ll be glad I did it so that I can hear her voice again. Thanks @ShaanVP for inspiring the idea. Hoping to record a few parts over the next few months with her and my dad. And to remind myself that even when I'm super busy I need to call my parents. Anyway, I hope someone reads this and remembers to call their parents if they're still around, and maybe even record it for the future.

10 days in to advertising on @AxonAdsManager Some things I learned (and results at the end): 1 - Every ad consists of 3 parts. The video, interactive and product offer video - straightforward interactive - this is a new component compared to Meta. its a moving end card that gets the user to click. attaching an example axon has good AI to help with this piece. product offer - we're 1 SKU so its simple 2 - more creative = better. on Meta we had one ad absolutely rip. Axon you want to upload ALL your creative and make iterations of that creative. Not too hard, and in the long run its good to take the winning iterations and use on other platforms (so the work is compounded. Also forcing us to have more creative diversity 3 - RESULTS (why you're reading this) It took 10 days of spend ($500/day) and we're now getting roughly break even CPA's Still new to the advertising game, but 10 days seems fast for the model to learn (Meta took 30)! CPAs are still higher than Meta, but Meta has been running for 4 months. I'll check back in 10 days on new learnings/results. As a new brand I'm hopeful and want to get in the habbit of diversifying off Meta early.

@Bbruhis You need asynchronous threads running It’s likely trying to do everything all at once which makes everything butt slow. Ask the queue order of requests and how they execute. I’ll bet a box of Boostcous on it
