Statement from Thai Ticket Major Co., Ltd. Thai Ticket Major Co., Ltd. (TTM) would like to address the issues encountered during the online ticket sales for “LOVE OUT LOUD FAN FEST 2026: HEART RACE.” Following a thorough investigation, the Company has identified that, during the ticket on-sale period, the system was subjected to an exceptionally high volume of access attempts from automated programs (bots), both domestically and internationally, totaling hundreds of millions of requests. This resulted in abnormal traffic levels, extended queuing times, and a significant number of seat reservations being held without completed payment. As a result, genuine customers experienced delays and difficulties in securing tickets. TTM does not support or condone the resale of tickets at inflated prices. The Company is actively investigating and tracking transactions that may violate ticket purchase terms and conditions. Customers who encounter suspicious resale activities are encouraged to report them to the event organizer and to TTM at cs@thaiticketmajor.com. In collaboration with the event organizer, TTM will reclaim the tickets identified through the investigation and return them to the system for re-sale. Details regarding the next ticket release will be announced in due course through official channels. TTM sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience caused and appreciates the patience and understanding of all customers. The Company is accelerating enhancements to its bot-detection and prevention systems in partnership with network service providers, while also upgrading overall system performance to better accommodate high-demand events in the future. We recognize the passion and dedication of fans who continuously support their favorite artists. TTM values all feedback received and remains committed to advancing its technology to stay ahead of malicious activities, ensuring a transparent, fair, and reliable ticketing experience for all users.
