There’s now a chance that The Super Mario Galaxy Movie won’t crack 1 Billion. That is a serious problem and nearly 400 million in diminishing returns. This is what happens when studios put the script dead last on their list of priorities; you end up with a bad movie.

Just gonna say it, the Mario movie was one of the most soulless & bland pieces of entertainment I ever watched. An hour and a half of a recognizable IP’s iconography being shoved in your face with no real story, character development or anything to connect with emotionally.

@KirPinkFury It’s a Mario Galaxy movie. It’s the perfect excuse to introduce other Nintendo IPs by connecting their universes.

Glen Powell as Fox McCloud. I like it. How are they going to incorporate Fox into the whole Mario Galaxy story though. I bet this is just a post-credit scene.
