Tonight's Candidate Debates were well attended by nearly 150 Republicans. Gregg Proctor, Chairman, presented the Agenda, BCRP Mission and BCRP Vision. He then introduced special guest moderator, Richard Nelson, Executive Director at the Commonwealth Policy Center.
