Didn’t love the Peaky Blinders film. Some nice cinematography but ultimately quite boring, missing a lot of the charm from the show itself. Barry Keoghan’s inconsistent accent is beyond dreadful to the point of it being painful. Enjoyed the pub scene with the grenade. Meh.

Business idea: @RichParkerLab needs to get these made into patches for sale for every station I’m West Mids. I want them attached to my denim jacket like a Black Sabbath Battle Jacket but for transport nerds. Just change the Kings Heath one to @hareandhounds themed though

I’ve been dedicated to improving our local transport networks and so I’m very happy to announce good news for this region’s rail users. Five new stations are opening in the next few weeks. On Thursday 19 March, Darlaston and Willenhall will open on the Black Country Line. On Tuesday 7 April, Kings Heath, Moseley Village, and Pineapple Road all open on the Camp Hill Line. These new stations will restore passenger services to areas that have been unserved for decades, and offer faster connections to Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
